Dal 1996 opero nel settore del management artistico, con una consolidata esperienza nell’ambito musicale e discografico.

Nel corso degli anni ho costruito e ampliato le mie competenze professionali lavorando al fianco di artisti di primo piano come i Pooh e Laura Pausini, occupandomi di tutti gli aspetti legati alla gestione artistica: produzione esecutiva discografica, produzione video, organizzazione di live e eventi, promozione, rapporti con i media (TV, radio, stampa e web), sponsorship e ogni altra attività connessa allo sviluppo e alla valorizzazione della carriera di un artista.

Sono fondatore e amministratore unico della mia società Not For All Management srl, che si occupa di management e consulenza artistica, e gestisco in esclusiva gli artisti Mario Biondi e Matthew Lee.

L’esperienza maturata in ambito nazionale e internazionale mi consente di collaborare con i più autorevoli professionisti del settore e di avvalermi delle migliori competenze per la realizzazione di progetti artistici di alto livello.

A completamento del mio percorso professionale, ho seguito un programma di formazione accademica presso lo IED di Milano in Marketing, Comunicazione, Product Management e Sales Management, grazie al quale oggi offro anche consulenzestrategiche di marketing e comunicazione integrata, sia nel settore dello spettacolo sia in ambito corporate.

Since 1996, I have been working in the field of artist management, with extensive experience in the music and recording industry.

Over the years, I have built and expanded my professional skills by working alongside leading artists such as Pooh and Laura Pausini, handling all aspects of artistic management: record executive production, video production, live and event organization, promotion, media relations (TV, radio, press, and web), sponsorships, and every other activity connected to the development and enhancement of an artist’s career.

I am the founder and sole director of my company, Not For All Management srl, which specializes in artist management and consulting, and I exclusively manage the artists Mario Biondi and Matthew Lee.

The experience I have gained at both national and international levels allows me to collaborate with the most respected professionals in the industry and to draw on top-level expertise for the creation of high-quality artistic projects.

To further strengthen my professional background, I completed an academic training program at IED Milan in Marketing, Communication, Product Management, and Sales Management, which enables me today to also provide strategic consulting in integrated marketing and communication, both in the entertainment industry and in the corporate sector.
